When Canadian filmmaker German Gutierrez discovers his brother, a Colombian political activist, has been shot, German returns to Colombia to find the gunman.

His documentary explores the violence plaguing Colombia, the factions involved (e.g. the FARC, AUC, etc), and the effect of U.S. foreign policy on the region. Come discuss the film and what you can do to promote human rights in Latin America.
