The money could still be added back in, though . Your members of Congress still need a reminder that you oppose the new bomb plant.

I strongly oppose any proliferation of nuclear weapons by any country. It's time that we started reducing and eventually eliminating nuclear weapons. We already have enough in the world to destoy the earth many times over. Please work for disarmament with the USA taking the lead and persuading other countries to do the same.
